Emily Procter

 

American actress Emily Mallory Procter was born on the 8th of October in 1968. She was Ainsley Hayes, a character in The West Wing's political dramas (2000-2002 in 2006, 2000, and 2006). Calleigh Duquesne in the lead character in a CBS police procedural drama titled CSI: Miami (2002–2012).



 



 Early life



 Procter was born on the night of October 8th, 1968. When she was a baby she was adopted by William Procter (a general practitioner) and Barbara Jones (a volunteer worker). She was raised in Raleigh, North Carolina. She was only three years old at the time her parents divorced. She has an older brothernamed Whit, who is also adopted.



 



 Procter graduated from Ravenscroft School in Raleigh. While at East Carolina University, Procter became a member Alpha Delta Pi sorority. Procter was a TV anchor for news at WNCT in Greenville, North Carolina. After graduation, she earned degrees in journalism dance.

She is currently the anchor for Weather Command, Fox Weather.    She was the meteorologist for the weekend for WABC-TV, New York City.
